Celerity Digital provides websites, messaging, marketing automation, and related services to local service businesses. In doing so, we process information on our clients' behalf and at their direction, as a service provider. Depending on the services a client uses, this can include their customers' names, phone numbers, email addresses, and messages; call recordings and transcripts; appointment and review information; and the client's own business data, such as business profile, listings, and directory information.
- Each client's own privacy practices govern the information collected through their business. If you contacted one of our clients, their privacy policy applies, and requests about your information should go to that business. We will assist our clients in honoring such requests.
- We do not use our clients' customer information for our own marketing, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Some client systems use automated or AI-powered assistants to answer calls, chats, and messages. These interactions may be recorded, transcribed, and processed by our technology providers in order to deliver the service, and are subject to the same protections described in this policy.
- Text messages sent through client systems honor opt-outs: replying STOP to any message stops further texts from that business's number.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to serve you, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. If you'd like your information deleted, contact us and we'll remove it unless we're required to keep it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. Your information is processed and stored in the United States. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Regardless of where you live, we honor the following for everyone:
